Collect a Dream Seller Mission Statement:
We at
Collect a Dream want to establish and maintain a long, trusting relationship
with our dealers.
Collect a Dream does not have business without trust.
Simply stated, our mission is to find a serious buyer willing to pay a fair price
for your unique item.
Why us?
The Collect a Dream website: We will place a picture,
description, and your fixed price of the item on our website.
Collect a Dream
receives thousands of hits per month from collectors looking for specific limited
edition sports cards and unique sports-related memorabilia.
Our network: Collect a Dream maintains contact with hundreds
of collectors and dealers who are looking for specific items. Our clients
specialize in certain players, autographs, rookie cards, specific limited edition
sports cards and unique sports-related memorabilia.
Collect a Dream
will contact our clients via e-mail notifying them that their item of interest is
available. Exposing your special item to the public has never been easier.
We do the work: We at
Collect a Dream continuously update our
sports card and memorabilia database of secondary market prices. To keep up
with the ever-changing sports card and memorabilia market, one must dedicate time
to stay current with industry trends.
Collect a Dream does this work for
you.
Experience: The owners of
Collect a Dream have over 35 years
of experience in the sports card and memorabilia industry. They are dedicated
to providing their customers with outstanding products, excellent pricing and a
high level of service.
Not an auction: Many collectors and dealers use eBay or other auction
sites to sell sports cards and other collectibles. Often, an item sells for
far less than one was hoping. In order to avoid negative feedback, the seller
must take a loss on the item. With
Collect a Dream this will not happen.
You name your selling price and
Collect a Dream will sell it for that price
-- not a penny less. eBay is sufficient for getting rid of common items, but
with buyers placing bids in the last 30 seconds in hopes of winning the item the
cheapest way possible, it can be an investment loss on your part.
Sellers Link However, on occasion
Collect a Dream will list your item on eBay or other auction sites to get
exposure for your unique product.
Collect a Dream handles all the eBay-related
fees. If your item does not sell for your asking price,
Collect a Dream
will not sell it. There is no financial risk on your part to work with us.
Fees: There are no fees if
Collect a Dream does not sell
your item. Placing an item on the
CaD web site is free of charge.
If the
item is sold, a 10% fee of the final sale price will be charged.
